Our strategies include value add to opportunistic opportunities in commercial and luxury residential real estate. While providing adequate returns and cornerstone assets to our limited partners, we seek to create and maximize value for our shareholders. Our objective is to improve portfolio and project performance through operational excellence and innovative solutions. Our asset management services include investment selection, fund management, and property management services. We seek to optimize performance of underlying assets through rigourous due diligence and to decrease risk through operational excellence from acquisition to sale.
Our real estate development services include project management, development assistance, and owners representation. Whether our own project, or working on behalf of others, we strive for efficiency and effectiveness when providing innovative solutions to our clients.
